Can I get a refund?

We don't offer refunds for unused portions of a billing period. If you have a billing issue, contact us and we'll work something out.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click 'Manage Billing'. You can cancel anytime from the Stripe portal — no cancellation fee.

Is SkillAssess affiliated with ISC2 or ISACA?

No. SkillAssess is an independent study platform. All trademarks (CISSP®, CISM®, CISA®, CRISC®) belong to their respective owners.

How accurate are the AI-generated questions?

Questions are generated from curated study material and reviewed for accuracy, but they are a study aid — not official exam questions. Always supplement with official resources.
