By accessing or using SkillAssess, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
SkillAssess provides AI-powered practice questions and progress tracking for GRC and cybersecurity certification exams (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC). The platform is intended as a study aid only and does not guarantee exam success.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@skillassess.io if you suspect unauthorised access.
All content on SkillAssess — including AI-generated questions, explanations, study material, and the platform itself — is the intellectual property of TheQuickskill.com or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You may not use SkillAssess to: share account credentials with others, scrape or harvest question content, reverse-engineer the AI system, violate any applicable law, or engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages the platform.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; no refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
The free tier provides limited access to practice questions (5 questions per session). We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
SkillAssess is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content is 100% accurate. Always refer to official exam resources from ISC2 and ISACA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thequickskill.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SkillAssess. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of SkillAssess after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
