What the guarantee covers

If you complete all qualifying activity on SkillAssess and still fail your certification exam, we will refund 100% of the subscription fee you paid — no questions asked beyond the verification steps below.

The guarantee applies to one exam attempt per subscription period for the certification you enrolled in (CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC).

Qualifying activity requirements

To be eligible you must, within your active subscription period:

• Answer at least 500 practice questions in the platform
• Complete at least 3 full mock exams for your target certification
• Score 85% or above on each of those 3 mock exams
• Sit your official certification exam within 90 days of meeting the above criteria

How to claim

If you meet the criteria above and fail your exam, email us at support@skillassess.io within 30 days of your exam date with:

• Your official exam result notice (score report or fail notification)
• Your SkillAssess account email
• The date you completed your 3rd qualifying mock exam

We will verify your activity against our records and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

What is not covered

• Subscriptions that are still in a free trial period
• Exam attempts taken before completing all qualifying activity
• Exam attempts taken more than 90 days after completing qualifying activity
• Claims submitted more than 30 days after the exam date
• Repeat claims — the guarantee applies once per user
• Cancellations or refunds requested for reasons unrelated to exam failure

Cancellation and refund policy

Monthly subscriptions: cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

Annual subscriptions: cancel anytime. A full refund is available within 30 days of your original purchase date if you have not yet claimed a guarantee refund.

3-month pass: one-time payment, non-refundable except under the Pass or Don't Pay guarantee above.

Changes to this guarantee

SkillAssess reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time. Any changes will apply only to subscriptions purchased after the change date. Your guarantee terms are locked in at the time of purchase.
